Annual Gregg County Master Gardener Spring Seminar

The Gregg County Master Gardener Association will be hosting their Annual Spring Seminar at the First United Methodist Church in Downtown Longview on Saturday, March 3rd! They have once again lined up two great speakers for the morning seminar, Dr. Joe Masabni, Extension Vegetable & Small Acreage Specialist from the Texas A&M AgriLife Research & Extension Center in Overton will be discussing Vegetable Gardening in East Texas, as well as Herb Gardening. Keith Hansen, Retired Horticulture Agent from Smith County will led a discussion on “Critters in the Landscape”, which is a Keith Hansen Special if you have never heard this before.

The seminar will also feature area vendors that will have their exhibit booths set up for interesting information, door prizes will be awarded throughout the morning as well. Tickets are available from any Gregg County Master Gardener, or you can pick them up from the Gregg County Extension office in Longview. Tickets are $10.00 each prior to the seminar and $12.00 at the door. For more detailed information, click HERE!!
